I am visiting Reno for a convention this year and came with a group of 2 friends and my mom for them to get pedicures and I got a manicure. Tom was the sweetest, and very helpful with some tips. I am not good with keeping up on my nails and work a lot with my hands so my nails and cuticles get damaged often. I was nervous beforehand because I know they’re not the prettiest, and my ring finger nail just broke the day before. Tom did a beautiful job working with my nails and I’m beyond thankful. My mom recently broke her foot as well, and the sweet lady doing her pedicure was so gentle the whole time. I know I’ll be back here next time I visit Reno.

I had Malia & Tiana helped a little bit as well and they were both wonderful!

Malia was newer but she was already a pro! I have gotten my nails done in Reno and have been trying to find my new home for manicures and it has been TOUGH to find someone good and I think I found my new home!!

I have been here a few times for pedicures and they have always been a great staff! I really want to highlight Malia for her work and also for checking in with me to see if I liked it as she continued doing my nails. I really appreciated that! The service was just barely over an hour so it was nice and quick which is another pro!

This place isn't anything special. I thought with the high reviews that it would be a higher quality place, but they are no different than any other nail salon in Reno. We booked appointments online, but they don't seem to look at those or pay attention to them because they seemed like they had no idea we were coming and didn't know what we services we booked, so I don't think there is any point in scheduling appointments online. Their pricing online is different and cheaper than what they have in the salon so we paid more than what we expected to pay. Their pedicures were sub-par. I've had cheaper pedicures that were way better at other salons. It wasn't bad, but we don't plan on going back.
